Programming is only one piece of the puzzle – and, believe it or not, technique is just as important. If you've watched the Unf*ck Your Squat and Deadlift videos, though, you know that (just like with programming) there's no one right answer when it comes to finding optimal technique. Unfortunately, we don't have a broad framework like periodization to work with, either.

As it turns out, the best way to learn about technique by watching lots and lots and lots of examples. Over time, you can develop the tacit knowledge you need to be able to discern the optimal technique from the sub-optimal. That's where this course comes in.

Each week, Dominic and I will hold live webinars analyzing, in detail, the training videos you send in. We'll break down everything: setup, execution, weight selection, leverages, equipment – all the minutia that can make or break a PR attempt. You can watch in real time and ask questions as we go, and of course, everything will be archived so that if you miss a live session, you can go back and watch later on.
