Is this the right program for you?

Great question. This program focuses on the squat, but obviously, one exercise doesn't a program make. You'll find plenty of assistance movements here, in the form of front squats, other leg exercises, and upper back work. That said, If you're looking for a well-rounded routine for size and strength, you'd be better off checking out the Oakstrong Powerbuilding Program, because there is no pressing included here. (Of course, you can always add your own!)

The program requires you to be able to train at least 2, and sometimes 3 days per week, and have access to the typical machines you'll find in most commercial gyms. It also requires that you be willing to train HARD, including occasional max-rep and max-weight sets.
