What to Expect

This course follows the diet and training of champion powerlifter Ben Pollack as he transitions from 181lb powerlifter to 240lb bodybuilder. We're sharing everything — the training, diet, mindset, and reasons behind the methods. Our goal isn't for you to mimic Ben (although you're certainly welcome to do so). The goal is to help you design your own diet and training plan based on these principles so that you can reach your own goals in the best way for you.
