I believe there is way too much BS in fitness industry, and so I’m committed to taking a logical, research-based approach to training. I firmly believe that the goal of training is to find what works best for an individual, and take a variety of approaches to get there.
I am a sport historian and studied under Dr. Jan Todd, a former World’s Strongest Women and member of the Powerlifting Hall of Fame and National Fitness Hall of Fame. I’ve taught weight training at the University of Texas for several years. I have trained with numerous athletes on the nationally- and internationally-elite level.
